The fleet list shows each truck's pump and hose test status, usable GPM, and whether it's out of service or held in reserve. Open a unit and you get the whole card: names and dispatch IDs, station, specs, test status, then tabs for truck checks, maintenance, tests, and the ISO equipment checklist.
Truck checks get built once per truck, and after that every check is just a walk-around with OK buttons. Find a problem on a check, and it opens straight into a maintenance request with the meters already carried over. Test reports attach as photos or PDFs, and if you ever sell a truck to another department, its whole history goes with it.
Hose by number, by truck and bed, tested every year, kept on record when it fails.
In service, tested this year, needs testing, failed or retired, that's the four numbers up top. Everything below groups by truck and bed. Run annual test marks the whole department at once, and Mark failed and Retire keep the record with the year attached, the same way most departments already track hose on paper. The testing report is the PDF you'd have made anyway.

Scan a barcode, or just type the tag, and the item opens. A SCBA set is a kit under the hood, the mask and the bottles inside it with their own expiration dates, and Check this kit walks the whole compartment for you. Assign anything to a truck and a seat, to a member, or to station stock, and consumables carry a minimum so they flag on Station Ops the moment they run low.
Photograph the sewn-in label on a new item and the serial, size, and dates fill themselves in. Drop in whatever supply spreadsheet you already have, and the catalog builds itself from it.

See what's issued by member with cost subtotals, by item and size when you're reordering, or just the most recent. The year's spend and how many people are outfitted sit right at the top, and cost per person is the list on the right. Import whatever supply list you're already keeping.
The catalog carries photos, vendors, sizes, and prices. Members build their own order within their allowance, and the chief marks it issued when it's done. Spend rolls straight onto the Uniforms line on the budget, no extra entry.
Snap the receipt. The gallons, cost, and date fill themselves.
Fill-ups by month, with totals, cost per truck for the year, and date filters with CSV and Excel exports whenever you need them. Snap a photo of the receipt and WatchRoom reads it and proposes the entry, the member just confirms before it saves. The Fuel line on the budget builds itself from these rows. Nothing gets entered twice.
Request it, schedule it, mark it done with the cost. The history is the record.
The hub opens with readiness gauges for the fleet and the morning checks, then what's open, what got done this year, and what's been spent this month and this year. Submitted, In progress, Completed, and Preventive tabs, sorted by station for building repairs and by unit for the budget meeting.
Anyone can file a request: pick the truck, set the priority, say what's wrong, log the meters, decide whether to take the unit out of service, and add the run number if it happened on a call. Preventive rules file their own requests the moment they come due, nobody has to remember.
