Every hydrant carries its class, its last inspection, its last flow test, and its gallons per minute. WatchRoom does the GPM math from your pitot readings, per NFPA 291, so nobody's doing it by hand. The legend counts hydrants by class, so the weak side of town jumps out at a glance.

This is the other side of every pre-plan. Each business carries its contacts, permits, a risk level, a district, and an assigned inspector. Annual inspections run on a quarter schedule and show as overdue, due now, or upcoming, and violations get their own tab so nothing open falls through the cracks.
Filter by district or by inspector to hand each shift its own list. Draft, in review, completed, archived, the paperwork stays honest at every stage.

Log the activity, the location, how many people you reached, the staff hours, and who was involved.
