Each file gets recognized and sent where it belongs.
The inbox is just one forwarding address. Send it a CSV and it imports. Send it a blank ISO pre-survey and it fills in one click. Send it a CAD report and it becomes a call. And when there's no file at all, describe the record out loud, confirm what WatchRoom heard, and it's saved.

Invite someone by email and give them a role. Members can log incidents, drills, attendance, and truck checks. Training officers and chiefs can also delete records, import files, manage the team, and file to NERIS. Departments that want it finer can set permissions section by section. And if someone's already on WatchRoom at another department, they join yours with one tap, no second account.
Agency access is how a whole county starts working together. When the EMA or the State Fire Marshal asks to see your records, the request just shows up on your Team page, nothing is shared until you approve it, and you can turn it off whenever you want. Or invite an agency yourself, pick exactly what to share, and they're looking at it the moment they sign in.

Name, county, time zone, and a logo that prints on every report you generate. Share hydrants and pre-plan basics with neighboring departments as a mutual aid layer, off by default until you turn it on. Ranks sit in your own order with the officer flag, and offices like President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chaplain that a member can hold right alongside a rank.
Station TV runs on any screen you've got in the bay: on duty today and tomorrow, what's coming up, the weather and any NWS alert, the readiness gauges, your own slides, birthdays pulled from the roster. The moment dispatch sends a call, the screen flashes and puts it up.

Every add, edit, and delete, by anyone, grouped by day and filterable by person, section, action, and date, with the field-level diff sitting behind Details. It's written by the database itself, not the app, so every path gets covered and nobody can edit the trail from inside WatchRoom, not even us.
Each night, the department's complete records get fingerprinted, and that fingerprint files into a permanent archive, chained to the night before, on Fangorn, an open verification network WatchRoom does not control and cannot quietly rewrite. Hit Verify and it recomputes today's records and tells you whether anything's changed since a seal was made. That's the answer for the auditor, the insurer, and the lawyer, all in one card.
